Pinot Grigio - Tenuta Sant’Helena - White Wine
Why we like it:
Slightly coppery, exquisite white wine whose floral notes mingle with almonds and walnuts. Well-balanced and fullbodied. This wine has a very strong personality which it takes from the microclimate in which the grapes grow.
Origin: DOC Collio - Estate in Vencò (Go).
Appearance: deep straw-yellow with coppery tinges.
Nose: subtly aromatic, fruity. With age, it acquires a powerful bouquet of dry hay and toasted almonds.
Palate: a solidly built wine, dry with a slight touch of tannins.
Hors d’oeuvres, charcuterie, soups and risottos.
